The CNEWRW50140DM Double-sided Mortar Composite rock wool mineral wool Board is a customized building insulation panel tailored for high-standard building exterior wall thermal insulation and fireproof systems. The core layer is made of premium natural basalt and other volcanic rock raw materials, processed through high-temperature melting, centrifugal wire drawing and curing forming technology, featuring stable physical and chemical properties, non-combustibility, no toxic smoke release at high temperature, and durable structural stability.
Different from conventional rock wool products, this product is composited with high-strength anti-cracking cement mortar layers on both sides through a special integrated bonding process. The compact mortar protective layer effectively enhances the overall surface hardness, impact resistance and weather resistance of the rock wool board, completely avoids fiber falling and layer separation during transportation and construction, and solves the problems of poor flatness and easy water absorption of ordinary rock wool boards.
